IFC Certification can only function if our clients are satisfied with
our services. Satisfaction comes in a variety of forms, however, there
are two main forms of satisfaction:
1. Knowledge that the product (or services) that your company provides
is fit for purpose and that you clients appreciated the quality of the
products that you supply.
2. That being happy with the service and products that your company provides,
your client is happy to pay for what he perceives is a value for money
product or service.
Service
Our mission is to provide our clients with a service which is responsive
to our clients needs and provides the necessary level of confidentiality,
guidance and a willingness to help your company succeed.
Promotion
We aim to promote not only our services to the end users but also our
clients products as being quality assured, through what ever promotional
method is appropriate. Promotional activity includes exhibitions (we have
attended many Fire specific exhibitions and other building product shows
including the Big 5 in Dubai), talks and seminars – members of the
IFC Group give lectures of the aspects of fire engineering and safety which
include information about the need to certificate products; press articles
and by personal representation.
